Return policy

According to a European guideline, every client has the right to send back goods within 2 weeks of receipt.
If you want to assert this right, you may not open the envelope, you need to send it back un-openend. We can not accept it when the envelope has been openend, because the risk of switching stamps is too big to fall under the protection of this guideline.
