A lot of attention is paid to the quality of the material we deliver. But of course, it is always possible that we overlooked something. Therefore we maintain the rule that faulty stamps are replaced or credited if no longer in stock.

If a shipment should present itself with a defect, please contact us immediately, preferrably via email, with a picture of the damaged stamp(s). Depending on the situation, we will take appropriate action. To avoid any misuse of this guarantee, every third shipment that leaves our offices is photocopied.
