Therefore we maintain the rule that faulty stamps are replaced or credited if no longer in stock.
If a shipment should present itself with a defect, please contact us immediately, preferrably via email, with a picture of the damaged stamp(s).
Depending on the situation, we will take appropriate action.
To avoid any misuse of this guarantee, every third shipment that leaves our offices is photocopied.
